pjsip adds support for OpenCORE AMR-WB AMR-NB codec

Support for more codecs is an ongoing request for pjsip.

Here’s a couple of of new ones from the AMR family: AMR-NB and AMR-WB.

It’s not part of any release yet, you have to get the latest code from the repository.
