PJSIP version 2.12 is released with WebRTC updates

Main focus of this release is:

  • WebRTC updates with AEC3 & AGC2
  • Support Oboe for Android

PJSIP version 2.8 is released with WebRTC interopability – RTP/SAVPF – SSRC and OPUS param on the fly

PJSIP version 2.8 is just released with the main focus on supporting WebRTC interopability – RTP/SAVPF – SSRC and supporting OPUS param on the fly which will enable receiving Opus packets with various frame lengths.

As usual the release also includes several enhancements and bug fixes, e.g: Various updates in DTLS-SRTP, new PJSUA & PJSUA2 APIs for instantiating extra audio device, move SRTP setting in PJSUA and PJSUA2 to account setting, and bug fixes in ICE, iOS and Android.

PJSIP version 2.5 is released with support for Opus and WebRTC AEC

PJSIP version 2.5 is released with main focus on Opus codec and WebRTC AEC integrations. The PJSIP bundled libsrtp package has also been upgraded to version 1.5.4 which brings a higher level of media security via AES-256 crypto suites.

PJNATH adds STUN, TURN, ICE to Asterisk for WebRTC support

 

We added STUN, TURN and ICE support by integrating an open source library called ‘pjnath’ from the PJSIP project.
