PJSIP version 2.8 is released with WebRTC interopability – RTP/SAVPF – SSRC and OPUS param on the fly

PJSIP version 2.8 is just released with the main focus on supporting WebRTC interopability – RTP/SAVPF – SSRC and supporting OPUS param on the fly which will enable receiving Opus packets with various frame lengths.

As usual the release also includes several enhancements and bug fixes, e.g: Various updates in DTLS-SRTP, new PJSUA & PJSUA2 APIs for instantiating extra audio device, move SRTP setting in PJSUA and PJSUA2 to account setting, and bug fixes in ICE, iOS and Android.
